During my professional exchange in Berlin, I had the opportunity to create and discover with 2MS studio the profession of video music designer.
A camera video music designer project consists of creating an audiovisual production in which images, video and music are closely integrated to create an immersive and artistic experience.
For my camera video music project, I wanted to create an organic atmosphere, similar to a particle observed through a microscope. By playing with water, bubbles and waves of light, I aimed to produce a surreal visual effect through highly saturated colours, sometimes reminiscent of VHS film negatives. The mix of black and white with bright colours creates a striking contrast and blends harmoniously with the music. The music, inspired by the musical atmosphere of Berlin clubs, reflects the unique heritage of the local scene. The use of increasing BPMs in the music symbolises a life in full expansion, creating a dynamic, vintage bounce, evoking the aesthetics of silver and VHS film.
